Andras Pure Gold is a very powerful son of the top producing 5803 (see females page). 132 was named Bull Calf Champion at the 2001 NAILE in Louiville. Beckton Red Angus purchased him in the Spring of 2002 for a new herdsire. In their 2004 Spring bull sale, Pure Gold sired bulls were among the top performers and were well-received. Cam Forbes said they kept one of his sons back to use, but was concerned that this particular son may be "too powerful" for their program...quite a testimony to this bull’s true breeding and performance potential
